Our story
Why Vow Ready exists.
Vow Ready was built by the team behind Savvy Bridal. After years of serving brides there, we kept seeing the same shift: more brides wanted a designer dress they could take home now, at a price that made sense, without ordering a gown they wouldn't see again for half a year.
Savvy Bridal still offers the full-service, custom-order experience. Vow Ready is for the bride who is ready to move. She knows her style, or she's happy to figure it out in an afternoon, and she'd rather spend the next six months planning the fun parts.
So the rules are simple. The dress on the rack is the dress you buy. The price on the tag is between $300 and $1,500. Walk in, or book a one-hour appointment. Speed doesn't mean sacrifice.
Why we started
Every bride should be able to buy the real dress, at a real price, on her own timeline.
That belief is why Imene McCoy, who founded Savvy Bridal, opened Vow Ready in North Kansas City in February 2026, with St. Louis following on November 2, 2026.
Years on the floor at Savvy made the gap obvious. The traditional bridal model asks a bride to order a gown she has only tried on as a sample, wait months for it to arrive, and pay full price for the privilege. Brides with a wedding in a few months, a budget closer to $1,000 than $3,000, or no interest in a six-month wait were being sent to used-dress sites or big-box racks, and they were missing out on an authentic designer gown.
Meanwhile, designers and boutiques have beautiful gowns that never get bought: samples, overstock, and unworn dresses from brides whose plans changed. Vow Ready puts those two realities together. Established designers, $300–$1,500, sizes 2–28, and a dress that goes home with you the same day.
