1. About Vow Ready
Vow Ready is an off-the-rack bridal shop offering designer wedding dresses available for immediate purchase. All gowns are sold as-is and are available to take home the same day.

The Vow Ready website is provided for informational, appointment booking, and communication purposes only. You agree to use the site lawfully and not in a way that interferes with its operation or the experience of others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Appointments & Walk-Ins
Appointments are optional and subject to availability
Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours
Booking an appointment does not guarantee the availability of specific dresses, sizes, or styles
Appointment times are reserved for one hour unless otherwise stated.
4. Product Availability & Inventory
All dresses at Vow Ready are off-the-rack and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Inventory changes frequently
Dresses shown online or on social media may no longer be available
We do not offer custom orders, reorders, or holds unless explicitly stated
5. Sales Policy (IMPORTANT)
All sales at Vow Ready are FINAL.
Because our gowns are off-the-rack and sold as-is:
No returns
No refunds
No exchanges
By purchasing a dress, you acknowledge that you are buying the exact gown you tried on and inspected in-store.
6. Alterations
Vow Ready does not provide in-house alterations.
We may offer recommendations for trusted alteration specialists
Alterations are arranged independently and at your own discretion
Vow Ready is not responsible for alteration outcomes or costs

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and your interactions with us. Most brides receive fewer than 5 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out and help: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@vowready.com or 816-214-8547.
Non-sharing of mobile information: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
