Vow Ready sends appointment-related text messages only to customers who have given express written consent. This page documents how that consent is collected and the terms of the program.
How consent is collected
When a customer books an appointment at vowready.com/book/st-louis/, the booking form includes a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to complete the booking. The checkbox reads:
I agree to receive appointment reminders and order updates by text from Vow Ready. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
What customers receive
Appointment confirmations and reminders, pre-appointment tips, and order or pickup status updates from 314-907-0255. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
